JOB SUMMARY


We are looking for a Program Manager to help NZXT deliver the best gaming products to our gaming community.  This includes driving and working with cross-functional teams to develop products from conception to delivery.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Drive the cross-functional execution of hardware consumer products on time and to objectives
  • Coordinate closely across companywide functions including but not limited to HW and SW Engineering teams, SW program management, Web Ecommerce teams, Operations, Customer Support
  • Track project progress, resolve dependencies, assess risk, evaluate mitigation strategies, execute the game plan to meet overall project objectives and milestone
  • Provide regular status to upper management, drive working meetings, provide detail drive to schedules, advising and/or managing budgets.
  • Work collaboratively and actively resolve conflicts and roadblocks
  • Host regular weekly core team meetings, providing detailed drive-to schedules
  • Work closely with internal engineering leads to define readiness of the hardware
  • Create a master schedule that captures and inter-connects the key functional deliverables as defined by the product development lifecycle and ensure the team delivers
  • Confirm hardware quality sign-off


EXPERIENCES & SKILLS


  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience in hardware product development and understanding product development processes
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business/Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Related discipline
  • Experience supporting electronics hardware manufacturing (new product design and introduction, manufacturing engineering, outsourced manufacturing supplier management, hardware design, and project/program management)
  • Must be able to manage and report on multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Experience in operations or NPI required
  • Experience working with teams of diverse technical backgrounds and functions
  • Results oriented and attention to detail
  • The ability to understand and deal well with rapid development cycles and to remain flexible in the face of uncertainty
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management
  • Experience in working with suppliers, vendors, and ODMs
  • Working knowledge of PLM and ERP systems
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be able to operate with minimal supervision
  • Quick study with ability to come up to speed on current projects quickly
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones
