As a fast-growing company, NZXT is looking for an Operations Program Manager to support our Global Operations team for New Product Introductions of NZXT’s growing product portfolio. The ideal candidate we are looking for is someone who enjoys launching consumer electronics products, working cross-functionally to drive automation and scale, and successfully and consistently delivering results. When required, they should not be afraid to roll up their sleeves to simply get the job done. The Operations Program Manager should have strong attention to detail and polished communication skills, and ideally from a program management, supply management, or operations background. This position requires strong organizational skills and ability to work on many tasks in parallel. The Operations Program Manager will own the project execution, be responsible for the project schedule, overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.


  • Drive the cross-functional execution of Global Operations/Manufacturing to deliver programs on time and to objectives.
  • Coordinate closely across functions including but not limited to Hardware and Software Engineering teams, Operations, and Customer Support, amongst others.
  • Work collaboratively with suppliers and supplier factories to ensure phase gate metrics are met, handover to manufacturing is smooth, material and factory prepared for production ramp, and meet  
  • Host regular working meetings, provide program updates on a weekly and monthly basis to the organization, drive working meetings, provide detailed drive-to schedules, advising and/or managing budgets.
  • Work collaboratively and actively resolve conflicts and roadblocks
  • Lead teams in achieving results that are on time, within budget, and consistent with the business goal.
  • Identify, anticipate, and communicate problems, risks and gaps. Provide mitigation recommendations, as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree with a business or engineering focus required.  
  • Graduate degree in Business, Engineering, or a Scientific discipline a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with launching consumer electronics products in an operations/manufacturing role.
  • Experience representing OEMs to suppliers, comfortable working with supplier executives to prepare factory for production ramp. 
  • Working knowledge of lean six sigma and process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiar with launching both components and products: laptops, monitors, audio, cases, coolers
  • Familiar with hardware product development process in a consumer electronics environment or similar industry.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cost reduction plans post-launch


  • Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done.
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, responsive environment where tactical and strategic activities are driven in parallel.
