NZXT is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to oversee the company’s digital marketing ecosystem. You will lead the Performance Marketing Team in shaping digital and eCommerce strategy to drive sustainable and efficient growth for NZXT globally. 

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in performance marketing, deep digital channel knowledge, and a proven track record for implementing well-structured campaigns that have delivered on customer acquisition objectives. You care deeply about the customer and recognize that growth is the outcome of delivering an optimal journey, that you’re in constant pursuit of defining and optimizing. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing. 


  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, SEM, paid social, programmatic media, etc. to capture existing, and generate new, demand. 
  • Develop strategy across channels to drive the most efficient CAC and ROAS without sacrificing the brand or long term growth.
  • Strategically perform A/B/n testing campaigns, ads, assets, general tactics, etc. 
  • Partner closely with the Director of eCommerce, and build a marketing strategy and roadmap that optimizes existing channels and generates new and innovative sources of site traffic.
  • Define and lead lifecycle marketing programs that build long-term customer value, including on-boarding email campaigns, referral programs, loyalty programs, etc. 
  • Establish a reporting system that regularly outlines the performance of key initiatives and accompanying optimizations based on results. 
  • Lead the development of digital content required to fulfill performance campaign plans. 
  • Partner with creative and brand team members to develop strong messaging and storytelling for multi-format direct response ads and landing pages. 
  • Serve as a senior growth partner, collaborating with team members across Product, Creative, Finance, Analytics, Insights, etc.
  • Define investment required to achieve business objectives, and partner closely with Finance to develop and manage forecasts. 
  • Assess and continue to refine the MarTech stack in partnership with Analytics, leading the marketing attribution strategy and execution. 
  • Oversee vendor and agency relationships, including scope development and frequent fit and capability assessment. 



  • 8+ years of multi-channel direct response acquisition marketing experience, primarily at a D2C eCommerce company, or similar agency experience.
  • Deep understanding of MarTech solutions. 
  • Experience owning relationships with MarTech vendors and media agencies.
  • Experience leading lifecycle/email marketing efforts and functions.   
  • Deep analytical abilities, especially with respect to experimental design and analysis. 
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience hiring, managing, and developing teams.

  • You develop your strategy from the basis of understanding the customer your efforts aim to reach, including defining market sizing, targeting, and messaging.
