JOB SUMMARY


NZXT is looking for an ERP Engineer to manage ERP/IT project scoping & implementation @ NZXT HQ in Los Angeles. This position is responsible for developing, managing and executing ERP systems strategy & functionality in partnership with US based Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, & Sales teams. The position will report to NZXT’s MIS manager and be part of the MIS team - both of which are based in Taiwan. We are looking for someone who embodies NZXT’s values of Building Scalable Systems & Keeping It Simple - and above all is passionate about introducing elegant IT/MIS processes to ensure a sustainable backbone for our rapidly growing company!


JOB DUTIES:


Collect and clarify HQ team issues/requests/feedback during US working hours.
Check the root causes or pain points regarding ERP or Manufacturing systems from users or teams.
Coordinate with the Taiwan MIS team to research the best solutions for user pain points
Work with Operations/Manufacturing/Other business teams to implement scalable solutions to system enhancements

Solve any urgent / on call issues with the ERP/Manufacturing systems during US work hours, and document / share knowledge frequently with Taiwan based MIS team for long term improvements

Develop new system functions in/around ERP based on the Acumatica Framework (C# based) for enhancing performance or solving issues for Operations & Manufacturing teams.

Represent MIS team at HQ, with responsibility for system implementations when physical presence is necessary



EXPERIENCE


Expertise with Cloud Based ERP Systems (Acumatica experience preferred)
Knowledge of database architecture, system environments, SQL/T-SQL, and other data integration tools
Expertise with object oriented programming (NZXT uses C# for ERP programming).
Good knowledge of REST APIs.
Understanding of how to share data from ERP to external systems (ETLs/Data Engineering)
Creative thinker with natural interest in finding solutions to new problems
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Understand field operations, like purchasing, selling, manufacturing, shipping,
inventory control, RMA, invoicing etc.


SKILLS


● Programming:
○ VC: Git operation
○ IDE: Visual Studio, Visual Studio Core or Eclipse
○ Language: C# or Java programming
○ Database: SQL
● ERP Management:
○ Knowledge of ERP system or functions
○ Understand at least one of the following modules: Inventory, Sales, Financial, Purchase Request/Purchase Order/Good Receive
