NZXT is looking for an experienced Production Manager/System Integration Manager to oversee all manufacturing of BLD PCs. The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing process is running smoothly and efficiently. The candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills in order to accomplish department objectives efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.


  • Plan and organize production workflow based on different situations and deadlines and adjust schedules where needed.
  • Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
  • Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments to make sure the production schedule is on track.
  • Notify Product Manager and Engineering Department when product contains quality issues or other manufacturing defects.
  • Schedule training sessions for new products.
  • Strive to reduce departmental expenses.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports.
  • Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
  • Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
  • Implement standard operating procedures for production operations
  • Supervise and lead employees to meet expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
  • Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
  • Control inventory.


  • A Bachelor degree
  • 5+ years in the computer industry, production industry, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Deep knowledge of production management.
  • Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma preferred.
  • Knowledge of process improvement techniques.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance


  • A proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety.        
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • The ability to coach and mentor employees both in a one-on-one and a group basis.
  • Language skills: German and English fluent, oral and written
